Reserve your exhibit space no later than Tuesday, March 27, 2018 while space permits. Exhibit space is limited to 40 vendors.
Exhibitor space can be reserved for a $500.00 exhibitor fee, which includes one complimentary conference registration, one 3×6 table and two chairs.
Exhibit Set Up, Removal & Designated Times
Exhibit set up must occur on Monday, April 2, 2018 after 3:00pm or on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 beginning at 7:30am. Conference programming will begin on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 8:00am. We strongly encourage your representative(s) be present at your table during the dedicated network breaks & viewing of exhibits on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am – 10:30am and 2:30pm – 4:00pm. Exhibits should be taken down and moved out no earlier than 5:00pm and no later than 9:00pm on Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
Please note that electricity will not be available for exhibits.
Please note that space is limited to 40 exhibitors and will be filled on a first-come-first served basis in the order in which paid registrations are received. Exhibitors are limited to educational institutions, agency programs and non-profit organizations only. We are sorry we will not have space for private vendors at this event. If the conference committee is unable to accept your registration, you will be contacted and a full refund will be administered.
