The Our Farms, Our Future conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown St. Louis next to the Gateway Arch.

A room block has been reserved at the Hyatt for stays beginning Monday, April 2, 2018 through Thursday, April 5, 2018. Make your reservation no later than Monday, March 12, 2018 to receive the conference rate of $149 per night (plus applicable taxes). Click here to book your room online or contact the hotel at 888-421-1442 and identify your self as a participant of the “SARE/ATTRA Conference.”

We did have some rooms available for Thursday night at the special conference rate but all of those have now been booked. There may still be rooms available at hotel Thursday night but they will be charged to you at the hotel’s typical nightly rate.

If you are a government employee, you can follow this link to book your hotel at the government rate.

Looking to share a room at the conference?  Check out our Facebook event page to find someone else who might be looking or create your own post that you’re looking for someone to share a room with. (Note: OFOF, SARE and ATTRA do not endorse sharing rooms. Please do so at your own discretion.)

This location was chosen for its proximity to hundreds of acres of park space, several engaging museums, the St. Louis arch and many biking and walking trails. The Hyatt also strives to incorporate local, sustainable foods in their hotel menus, and its staff keeps beehives and grows assorted herbs on the rooftop.

In addition to recreational opportunities and a commitment to local foods, the Hyatt offers a convenient location in downtown St. Louis. The building has a Starbucks on the ground floor and a FedEx/Kinkos for any printing needs you may have during your stay. There are a few dining options in the hotel itself as well as some restaurants within walking distance.

For those of you seeking to maintain your healthy habits while at the conference, the hotel has a fully functioning gym. Additionally the access to the Arch park and walking trails should provide you plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs.
